Carlee and Max’s Noosa Wedding Ceremony

This gorgeous Melbourne couple said I Do in spectacular style with 100 of their favourite people in beautiful Noosa, and they were sure to give their guests the full Noosa experience!

Carlee walked down the aisle with both her father & stepfather, preceded by her gorgeous bridesmaids, her mother Julie as well as sweet niece & nephew Olive & Archie who literally ran to hug Max when they saw him! There was hardly a dry eye in the room as Carlee entered, and most of the tears were coming from the groomsmen. With the crowd well and truly warmed, I had them give her a standing ovation as she entered, and they didn’t disappoint!

Their ceremony was styled to perfection with a freestanding floral structure with muted tones of quicksand and blush pink by Mondo Floral Design, and coastal chic meets modern romantic concepts brought together by the team at Lovebird Weddings.

Guests were warmly welcomed, and some sweet family acknowledgments were included before we went on a journey through their 10-year love story that brought them to their wedding day. There were plenty of inclusions and shout outs to guests who were featured in their story, which kicked off something a little like this:

“The story of Carlee & Max started at Troy’s 21’st birthday almost 10 years ago now. Welcome to the narrative Troy! Max just so happened to be delivering a speech that night, where he recited a list of all the girls that Troy was in love with. The gorgeous gaggle of dreamboats included one Carlee Jean Ord, Troy was clearly a man with impeccable taste! In any case, Carlee was adamant that Troy saw her as no more than just a friend so took it upon herself to question Max’s suspicious claims. I myself would like to question Max’s claims, as it were he who wound up sharing a sneaky pash with Carlee in the back seat of his Ford Falcon XR6 later that very evening!”

Once we go through the fun and banter of their love story, Carlee & Max went onto read their vows which they delivered so beautifully, once again we had taken the audience from stitches of laughter to happy tears which is exactly the roller coaster ebbs & flows we’re aiming for.

After 10 years of growing up together through their 20’s, Carlee & Max became Mr & Mrs Casey.

Following their ceremony, guests congratulated the couple over champagne in Noosa Woods Bay and then set sail for a sunset cruise and cocktail party on the Noosa River aboard The Catalina.

The boat docked at Ricky’s Noosa, and reception was kicked off in style over a 3-course dinner & speeches, Carlee then had a dress change and stunned in her second look for the day by Melbourne designer Vasiliki Couture.

Congratulations Carlee & Max! The two of you, and everything about your wedding day was absolutely divine.
