Nathan & Amanda’s Romantic Yandina Station Wedding

Nathan and Amanda’s Yandina Wedding Ceremony
Oh, the wedding day of Amanda & Nathan at Yandina Station was simply divine! I’m going to be honest, this is certainly one of my favourite venue’s to be a marriage celebrant and these two we’re nothing short of a delight to work with.
Their style was elegant and romantic, put that against the quintessentially Australian backdrop of this working cattle station in beautiful Yandina and we have ourselves a winner!
Their outdoor ceremony location and barn reception spaces were styled by the wonderful teams at Simply Style Co & Willowbud Flowers, and the girls walked the aisle to local musician Gian who just quietly has the voice of an angel. You know, the deeply rugged type of angel!
The crowd clapped and cheered as Amanda and her girls arrived a little longer than fashionably late, and she owned it like a queen as she entered, gesturing ‘I’m here!’ as she should do, it was her day after all!
The next roar of laughter came as the love story commenced, the first line being: “The story of Amanda & Nathan started over coffee, at a little café in Kendron. Amanda was late”. I tell you, you cannot plan these things!
We included a sweet vow of support from all of their guests, and then went about marrying these lovebirds with two white Corella’s perched in the trees right above them. Once again, you cant script these things!
Rather than writing personal vows, they had me read out some beautiful words they had written about one another followed by short & traditional ‘repeat after me’ vows and they both exchanged rings by Tiffany & Co.
Amanda’s brother came forward to share a reading that they chose, and they were pronounced husband & wife,
followed by a champagne tower.
Their guests were treated to a garden party with lawn games, and went onto a spectacular seated reception in the barn
where they later danced the night away to Gian with both his keyboard & guitar skills on show.
Congratulations Amanda & Nathan, your day was simply breathtaking!
